The photos show my cat and my grand cats enjoying their blankets I made for each of them. They love sleeping on their blankets because it satisfies their pleasure with yarn. My cat has one for the couch and one for our bed he prefers to sleep on at night instead of the bedspread - both nap worthy places just for him!
The blanket measures approximately 18" x 18" square - a great size for cats or small dogs to stretch out on while snoozing! And as a bonus, it is a great way to keep toasty when it gets cooler.
Requiring no special care, the blanket can be tossed in the washing machine on cold or warm gentle cycle and tumbled dry low. Fabric softener, either liquid or dryer sheet, is recommended for ultimate softness once laundered. However, I will warn you that my boy is not thrilled when I launder his couch blanket, but he gets over it quickly when it's time for a nap!
