New.  All of our Cat Mat Beds are handmade by a seamstress/quilter with many years of experience.  They measure approximately 16 x 19 inches, but because they are individually made the size may vary somewhat with each one.  Also included with your order are 3 new kitty toys
and a card to use if you're giving it as a gift.  The back fabric of this bed is a beige color.
