The K&H Thermo-Kitty Beds include an internal dual thermostat, 4 watt heating unit buried within its thick premium polyfil pillow base. The internal thermostat warms the surface of this heated cat bed to about 10-15 degrees above ambient air temperature when not in use. When not in use the bed may not feel warm to your touch, but your pet can sense the heat coming from the bed. Once your pet lies in the bed it warms to your pet's normal body temperature to keep them cozy warm. The heater is removable and the cover is machine washable. Available in multiple sizes and colors. Indoor household use only, MET Safety Listed, one year warranty. TIP: To test your K&H Thermo-Kitty Bed simply place a pillow or book in the center of the bed. After 15 minutes feel the surface of the bed, it will be warm, not hot. Remember, the surface of this heated pet bed will not feel warm to the touch until your pet is in the bed.

Cancellation
Per eBay policy regarding cancellation, we are required to accept a cancellation within 1 (one) hour of the time you placed your order. Please understand, that once we process your order, it is very difficult to reverse it, and impossible once we shipped the item. If you need to cancel after your hour expires, you will have to follow the steps laid out in the return policy, once the item arrives.

Timeline of delivery time is 4-8 business days including the handling time.

ou have 30 days from the date you received your purchase, to return it for refund, subject to the following conditions:
"The date you received your purchase" means, specifically, the date the carrier has on record that they delivered the package to your house. If you are not certain of this date, check online with the tracking number, to see what date is on record for the delivery.
The item is considered "returned" on the date the carrier has on record, that they delivered the item back to our warehouse/supplier. We will not allow a refund unless the date occurs before the 30 days have elapsed, so it is important that you act promptly, or else we cannot guarantee the refund. In this case, we may refuse the returned package.
ALL returns, regardless of reason, must be in the ORIGINAL packaging, UNLESS the packaging was so badly damaged in shipment that they are no longer usable for that purpose.  IF THIS is the case with your shipment, we will need PHOTOS of the damaged package.  You should take these photos from several different angles, BEFORE you try to open it.
Return unsatisfactory products
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you just changed your mind, you can return the product, and you must pay for return shipping, and we will also charge back the original shipping that we already paid when we shipped your item. And you must return the item in new or unused, unopened, unmarked, unwashed or original condition with all original material included with the shipment.
All returns must be requested through eBay, for return authorization and shipping address. Please note,
never send a return without opening a return request
, as the return address is different from the original shipping facility address.
Undeliverable package
The honest truth is that we have no way of knowing if your address is correct.  Only you can give us your correct address.  So if your address is wrong, or there is no safe place available at your shipping address when the courier tries to deliver your package, we will not accept responsibility for that, so MAKE SURE your address info is correct.  Otherwise, we will charge you the original shipping that we paid for your shipment.
